Return to Parts List Category : E- Big Block (Raised Deck) MRE AR146 BIG BLOCK MOTOR PLATE "A" BODY 3/8" 6061-T6 ALLOY ALUMINUM (CAN BE WELDED OR ANODIZED) $175.00   AR146 – Fits 1967 & newer "A"  body vehicles with big block or Hemi motor. AR146 has triangular cutouts CNC machined into the plate for reduced weight. This plate is designed to mount the engine in the location that TTi recommends for their headers. 33.750 inches wide with engine offset 1.375 towards the passenger side. 3/8 thick plate.     Motor plates are CNC machined from 0.375 thick 6061-T6 aluminum and fit either big block or Hemi motors.  The motor plates are profile machined to match the AR224 billet timing chain cover but will also clear a stock timing chain cover or a Jesel belt drive. The motor plates also come pre-drilled on the back side for the AR207 alternator bracket mounting kit as well as the AR178 belt drive distributor bracket. Motor plate has the engine offset built in.  The offset goes towards the passenger side of the vehicle to line the engine up with the transmission tunnel and the rear end.
