Orders placed after 2:00 p.m. Central time may not ship out until the following business day. When calculating estimated delivery days, UPS does not count weekends or holidays. For example, an order placed 'Next Day Air' on a Friday will not arrive to you until the following Monday.

Although we do our best to ship orders in a timely fashion, at times, circumstances beyond our control do arise. If you have a time critical order we suggest you phone your order in to us and have one of our staff physically check stock and confirm your shipping options.

PREFERRED UPS will not ship to a PO Box

If you choose US Postal Service, please add an additional 1 - 2 days transit time to the USPS® estimates. Although it will usually save you a few dollars, we do not recommend US Postal for foreign orders. The tracking and delivery estimates are not reliable.
