FHR - Formed Head Relief pistons have valve reliefs that are formed in as the piston blank is pressed into the die.  4032 Alloy material has a 11% silicon content which controls the thermal expansion so a tighter piston to wall clearance may be used over the 2618 alloy. The additional silicon will also increase wearability on the skirts and pin bores making this an ideal material for street and light boosted applications. BEWARE lower price stroker kits are usuall incomplete! They lower they price by "forgetting" some parts. Such as main and/or rod bearings, piston tings, balancing, etc. Who are you going to get to balance your stroker kit? Or get chamfered bearings? They all come with our stroker kits.
