The standard-duty Hedman Hedders in this section come from the factory with an extremely durable, protective ceramic-metallic coating. Hedman Hedders, pioneered the use of ceramic-metallic coatings, back in the early 80's. Previously used exclusively in the aerospace industry, Hedman Hedders recognized it's potential for improving both the lifespan, and functionality of exhaust headers.

IMPORTANT!: Installing coated headers on an engine during the break-in period will cause discoloration. We recommend the use of factory manifolds, or an old set of headers, during the engine break-in period.
